The perfect compliment to a Bluewater Boats hull is a Bluewater Boats fit out.
Each and every Bluewater boat is exclusive to you. When you order a boat from Bluewater Boats it is your boat, your design, with your ideas included. However, as we have been building bespoke boats for many years now we are in a position to propose various layouts to you as a customer.
Bluewater Boats Ltd has always been recognised for building quality bespoke boats appropriate to each and every customers individual requirements and budget.
We initiate our bespoke level of service with the hull allowing our customers to choose their preference, this also extends to items such as positioning of gas lockers, storage lockers, morse control unit etc to the requirements of each customer.
As with our hulls, our interiors are bespoke and are all hand made in our workshops, you can decide on the style of wood, this can range from T & G ceilings, diagonal T & G cabin sides, painted ceilings to the more economical faced plywood.
Our bespoke service also allows for our customers to choose all soft furnishings, flooring, paint schemes and boat layout.
As we have specialised in both cruising and liveaboards we have selected and fitted a collection of electrical systems, depending on the use of the boat and the budget. These vary from Victron multiplus inverter/chargers to the more sophisticated Victron security alarm system, where by you can obtain additional links, for example, to enable you to send a text to notify your heating to come on in advance of returning home, bringing the comforts and convenience of home to your life aboard your boat. We also specialise and have fitted many auxiliary systems such as generators and solar panels.
Our standard engine installation is a Vetus engine to suit the size of the boat, these engines are well proven within the marine industry and are economical and very reliable. We also offer Vetus as they provide an EU back up service should you experience a problem whilst out of the UK. We find this service both supportive along with peace of mind whilst cruising abroad.
A Vetus pressurised water system is provided and controlled by a pressure switch and expansion tank. A stainless steel water tank is provided with fully fitted boats and is available for sailaways and lined sailaways. Depending on the size of the boat we provide either a 55 litre or 75 litre twin calorifier to store the hot water. In addition to the heating provided by the diesel central heating Webasto boiler, we offer solid and multi fuel stoves installed within its own tiled fireplace.
As there are many variations of layouts to select therefore planning the layout can also vary depending on the size and positioning of the galley, saloon, master bedroom, bathroom, dinette, bedroom maybe even en-suite and a back cabin. There is also the variations of windows, sterns and bow areas. Before making a decision on the layout ask yourself if it is suitable for your requirements, as a boat designed for short term cruising may not be suitable as a live aboard later on.
If you have not outlined your own specifications you may find our standard plans and layouts both supportive and accommodating.
All of our boats are built both in compliance with the relevant codes of practice and the Recreational Craft Directive.
We specialise in only producing a boat both you and us will be proud to cruise along the waterways.
We recognize that your satisfaction is our finest advertisement for our boats and are very proud that a majority of our previous customers still keep in regular contact with us on a personal basis many years after becoming a Bluewater Boats boat owner.
